Triva Question

A major American ATV manufacturer recently teamed up with a Midwestern-based "big box store". This changing face of OHV marketing and sales is either good or bad for the sport depending on who you are talking to. What are the two principals in this latest deal?

(see answer below)

Multi-time AMA Grand National Cross Country champion Mike Penland (kind of camouflaged in the bushes) had an off-weekend from racing and came out to enjoy a more casual pace at the ATVNation.com National ride near Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The NOHVCC crew was on hand to help out with the festivities and to make new connections with OHV enthusiasts. (see story to the left).

Triva Answer

Arctic Cat and Gander Mountain, companies which are both based in Minnesota, have teamed up at some stores to the point where you can now pick up a new ATV along with your fishing lures, lantern, and canoe paddles.
